The Groundskeeper fully supports the Maintenance team in all functions and is responsible for the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and physical condition of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and any other common areas. The groundskeeper may also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for but not limited to ensuring the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community, and establishing standards of cleanliness including grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, amenities and common areas.
I have worked for The Breeden Company for almost 20 years, and it has been an amazing adventure to watch how we have grown through the years. I am proud to tell people how I am part of that growth in the work we are doing in construction.
