The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced the promotion of Debbie Holsomback to Regional Manager in the multifamily division. Debbie is a 17-year Breeden team member, most recently managing a luxury multifamily asset in the Richmond, Virginia market. She is creative, proactive and focused,” said Breeden President of Property Management, Bonnie Moore. “We are excited for her to continue assisting in expanding our multifamily portfolio while also promoting internal growth and creating long-term careers and relationships among our team members.”
Debbie has obtained several national multifamily designations including NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor). Prior to her tenure with The Breeden Company, Debbie worked for other nationally acclaimed multifamily management companies including Trammell Crow and Cornerstone.
