The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced they have hired Avery Rouse as a Multifamily Regional Maintenance Director. Avery brings 15 years of maintenance experience to the organization. As a regional maintenance director for the multifamily division, Avery will oversee a total of 1637 units throughout the Hampton Roads region.
“As our organization continues to expand with more units and more locations in our portfolio, the addition of another Regional Maintenance Director within our leadership team was a natural choice,” says Barry Tomlin, Vice President of The Breeden Company’s Property Management Division.
Avery is well-versed in the intricacies of organizing and implementing large-scale renovation schedules for multifamily assets. Avery holds many certifications including HVAC universal, CPO, 410A and CFC.
"I am looking forward to expanding the line of communication across our teams, implementing new ideas and ensuring The Breeden Standard is exceeded," Rouse said.
Avery has worked his way from turn technician to, most recently, maintenance supervisor overseeing an in-house multi-year renovation project.
