Breeden Commercial Realty, one of Virginia’s largest CRE firms, announced today HobbyTown has signed a lease in Yorktown’s Village Square at Kiln Creek. HobbyTown will host ribbon-cutting ceremonies to kick off their opening weekend at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 10, 2022.
Now located at 5005 - 5007 Victory Boulevard, the retail hobby, collectibles, and toy store recently moved from Newport News, Virginia. The new location in Yorktown provides 2300 additional SF of space, allowing for more radio control hobbies materials, scale models and educational materials for science, technology engineering and math. The new HobbyTown location used to be the home of A.C. Moore.
HobbyTown is owned by Scott Dayton and his wife, Kelly; they own all four HobbyTown locations in Virginia.
