NORFOLK, VIRGINIA – Breeden Construction announces the commencement of construction on The Breeden Company’s Enriched Lifestyle community, Pinewell Station, located in Norfolk, Virginia.
Consisting of 145 units, the six acre project, with an estimated investment value of $30 million, will offer a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. The 4-story podium structured community will include high-end interior designs, a well-equipped media center, state-of-the-art fitness facility, hospitality bar, business center, resort-style amenities including in-pool fire pits and roof top deck overlooking the Chesapeake Bay and the Oceanview Golf Course.
