Breeden Construction, a nationally acclaimed multifamily builder, is pleased to announce they have been awarded the contract to serve as general contractor to develop Gravity 400 Apartments in Norfolk, Virginia, a luxury multifamily project owned by Marathon Development. The $45.8 million construction project includes development of 273 multifamily units as well as a fitness room and pool. The project will ultimately be five stories of apartments on top of one ground floor – designated for parking and common areas.
Construction is set to begin late November 2021 and take approximately 22-months to complete. “We are pleased to serve as general contractor for Marathon Development and look forward to continuing development work in the downtown Norfolk submarket,” says Brian Revere, President of Breeden Construction.
