Breeden Construction to Build the 2nd Phase of Center West Apartments

Breeden Construction, the nationally recognized Richmond-based general contracting firm, is pleased to announce they have been awarded the contract to serve as general contractor to develop the second phase of Center West Apartments in Midlothian, Virginia, a multifamily project owned by Castle Development Partners.

The $38.9 million construction project includes the development of an additional 252 multifamily units at the existing site. Construction is set to begin early November 2021 and take approximately 18-months to complete. “We are pleased to serve as general contractor again for Castle Development Partners and look forward to expanding such a beautiful apartment community,” says Brian Revere, President of Breeden Construction.
