Breeden Property Management Promotes Avery Rouse to Director of Asset Management

Breeden Property Management, a division of The Breeden Company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Avery Rouse to Director of Asset Management. In this leadership role, Rouse will oversee the company’s multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios, helping drive asset performance, capital planning initiatives, maintenance strategy and long-term asset preservation efforts.

Rouse joined The Breeden Company in 2021 as a Regional Maintenance Director and quickly established himself as a trusted leader with a reputation for operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maximizing asset value. With more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, asset preservation, capital planning, compliance, and team development, Rouse brings a comprehensive understanding of the operational and strategic factors that contribute to successful real estate asset performance. In his new role, he will collaborate closely with property management, operations, construction, development and finance teams to align business objectives and support the continued growth and success of Breeden’s portfolio.

“Avery’s career progression reflects the leadership, dedication, and expertise he has demonstrated throughout his time with Breeden,” said Tom Moore, Vice President of Asset Management. “His deep industry knowledge and passion for operational excellence have made a tremendous impact on our communities, teams and residents. We are excited for him to take on this expanded leadership role and help guide the future of our asset management platform.”

Beyond his operational accomplishments, Rouse is an active advocate for the multifamily industry. He regularly participates in professional associations, educational initiatives, speaking engagements and workforce development programs. He is particularly passionate about mentoring emerging maintenance professionals and promoting skilled trades as rewarding and impactful career paths.

Throughout his career, Rouse has been recognized as a collaborative leader, mentor and problem solver who is dedicated to helping others succeed. His commitment to professional development innovation and team building has helped strengthen operations across the organization while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Rouse’s promotion reflects The Breeden Company’s ongoing commitment to developing talent from within and investing in the future of its associates.
