Breeden Property Management, a division of The Breeden Company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Avery Rouse to Director of Asset Management. In this leadership role, Rouse will oversee the company’s multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios, helping drive asset performance, capital planning initiatives, maintenance strategy and long-term asset preservation efforts.
Rouse joined The Breeden Company in 2021 as a Regional Maintenance Director and quickly established himself as a trusted leader with a reputation for operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maximizing asset value. During his tenure, he successfully led maintenance operations across a large multifamily portfolio, directed significant renovation projects, implemented preventative maintenance programs and played a key role in developing service teams throughout the organization.
With more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, asset preservation, capital planning, compliance, and team development, Rouse brings a comprehensive understanding of the operational and strategic factors that contribute to successful real estate asset performance. In his new role, he will collaborate closely with property management, operations, construction, development and finance teams to align business objectives and support the continued growth and success of Breeden’s portfolio.
