Jake H. Marshall, CPA, is Vice President, Acquisitions & Development of The Breeden Company. In his Role, Jake is responsible for strategic asset identification, analysis and economic feasibility of potential acquisition and development projects. He also provides oversight for the underwriting and acquisition for The Breeden Company’s growing portfolio of quality investments. Jake also identifies potential financing prospects and provides strategic input around market assessment, as well as the potential disposition of assets.
Jake’s prior roles include work with Revolution, a private equity firm in Washington, DC, as well as Ernst and Young, where he was a senior tax accountant. Jake is no stranger to The Breeden Company; during his collegiate years, he interned in the multifamily division working at Emerald Point Apartments, The Breeden Company’s largest multifamily asset.
Jake holds a master’s degree in accounting from Old Dominion University; he has an undergraduate degree from William and Mary. His professional affiliations and credentials include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Association of Certified Public Accountants.
