Ruby Rodgers is the Human Resources Manager for The Breeden Company. In her role, she is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization. She oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consults with top executives on strategic planning; and serves as a link between The Breeden Company’s management and its employees.
Ruby has worked with The Breeden Company almost 20 years, first hired as a Payroll Manager. In 2006, Ruby was promoted to Human Resources Manager. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development and management coaching.
Ruby graduated from Kee’s Business College with a degree in Business Management. She also attended Old Dominion University to obtain her SHRM-CP designation.
