As President & Chief Executive Officer at The Breeden Company, Tim Faulkner is responsible for the global operations of the organization. His 35 years of experience allows him to effectively manage all operating aspects of the company and maintain a streamlined and efficient organization of over 450 associates. He leads the development and delivery of the annual operating plans. Under his leadership, The Breeden Company has become a vertically integrated and nationally acclaimed real estate development company and industry juggernaut. While providing inventive solutions and expanding business capabilities, Tim continues to be focused on developing and delivering improved asset conditions, providing outstanding client service and driving profitable revenue growth through the Construction, Property Management, Development and Commercial Realty divisions. Tim is respected as a credible voice in decision making, finding strategic financing partners and establishing governance boundaries.
Prior to working for The Breeden Company, Tim held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Lawton Lumber Company where he worked on streamlining and evaluating manufacturing and operational processes. Prior to working with Lawton Lumber Company, he served as Vice President of Operations for American Coating Technologies and served as a Process Engineer and Production Manager for Proctor and Gamble.
Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Systems Analysis with a Minor in Civil Engineering in 1986 from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He then spent 4 years in the United States Army as a Platoon Leader, Assistant Operations Officer and Battalion Personnel Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
