Billy Daughtrey brings 34 years of experience in multifamily to The Breeden Company. Currently, he oversees 13 properties totaling 2,850 units and is responsible for overseeing all capital improvements. Billy is a dynamic leader, who positively influences, mentors and leads a large team. He has excellent people skills, a positive attitude and the desire to provide quality customer service. He is responsible for designing and implementing monthly training for the maintenance teams including, but not limited to, Safety and Emergency Preparedness Training, Curb Appeal, Property Inspections and Interior and Exterior Repairs. Billy holds many certifications to include CFC (Refrigerant Certification), Asbestos Abatement Certification, Pool Operations Certification and Gas Pipe Certifications.
