Mark Denny

Mark Denny is the Vice President of Property Management for The Breeden Company. In his role, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operation and profitability of the organization’s multifamily and commercial divisions. Mark is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience in the multifamily industry. He translates this to providing an exceptional, service-centric experience for his commercial tenants and multifamily residents, as well as engaging all of the divisions’ teams while creating value for all investors and owners.

Mark joined The Breeden Company in 2011 as an assistant property manager of one of the organization’s multifamily assets, Hunter’s Mill Apartments. He was quickly promoted to manager of a neighboring boutique community. When the Breeden Company developed their inaugural 5-diamond Enriched Lifestyle Community™, Cambria at Cornerstone Apartments, Mark transitioned to the assistant property manager so that he could gain knowledge of the luxury living residential model. Following a very successful tenure at the highly acclaimed community, Mark continued his career as property manager at several of Breeden apartment communities. Mark’s on-site residential experience includes boutique apartment management, luxury apartment management, third-party management, acquisitions and rehabilitations. Prior to his current role, Mark was a regional property manager in the Hampton Roads market of Virginia.

Mark was born in Newcastle, England and moved to Norfolk, Virginia at 12 years old. His mother was a Breeden associate for 20 years, allowing Mark insight into the organization he would one day serve as an executive for. In his spare time, Mark donates his energy to coaching the boys’ varsity soccer team at Granby High School in Norfolk, VA.
