Breeden Construction, the nationally recognized Richmond-based general contracting firm, today announced the promotion of Jaycee Pearce, the company’s newest General Superintendent in the Hampton Roads region. Jaycee will be the company’s field representative in the submarket, helping to oversee the day-to-day operations of all Hampton Roads projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Jaycee will report to the Director of Field Operations.
Jaycee is a U.S. Army veteran, serving 14 years active duty, 2 years active reserve and 20 years in the National Guard. During his active-duty service, Jaycee was a communications chief. His father and grandfather owned a construction company, so Jaycee learned the construction trade early in life. While his time in the military didn’t allow him to hone his construction knowledge, Jaycee, after retirement, returned to his construction roots. He has been a Breeden Construction member since March of this year, most recently working as the Lead Superintendent at The Pinnacle on 31st Street project in Virginia Beach, VA, The Breeden Company’s newest Enriched Lifestyle Community in-development.
“Jaycee’s commitment and passion to our country for more than a quarter century was quickly emulated with his passion and commitment to our organization. He is an asset to our company and proved to be integral to us. I congratulate him on his well-deserved promotion,” said Brian Revere, Breeden Construction’s President.
Breeden Construction’s focus on people continues to be the vision that drives its culture, and the organization is fortunate to have some of the best and brightest talent. Revere is proud of its culture of promoting from within and looks forward to more promotions in the future.
