The Breeden Company today announced the promotion of several key team members within its Property Management Division. These promotions reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent from within, ensuring continued excellence in property management and operations.
Samantha Schuman has been promoted to Operations Manager. In her new role, Samantha will oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio, ensuring that all properties meet the high standards of service and quality that The Breeden Company is known for. Samantha’s dedication and expertise have been instrumental in the success of our properties, and we are excited to see her continue to drive operational success.
Rachel Blanchard has been appointed as the Director of Training and Implementation. Rachel will lead the development and execution of training programs for our property management teams, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service. Her innovative approach to training and her commitment to continuous improvement will be invaluable in this new role.
Lisa Capps has been promoted to Director of Collections and Regulatory Compliance. Lisa will be responsible for overseeing the collections process and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Tiffany Rote has been promoted to Director of Commercial Operations.
