The Breeden Company announced today the promotions of three (3) of the organization's managers who will oversee the newest multifamily assets. Sandra Bair-Szczepanek, currently property manager at Aqua at 25th, has been promoted to property manager at our flagship apartment community, The Pinnacle on 31st Street, in Virginia Beach. Sandra has been with The Breeden Company for 4 years and has been in the multifamily industry for 9 years. Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Angela Raiford, currently property manager at Auburn Place Apartments, has been promoted to property manager at Lake Taylor Pointe in Norfolk. Lake Taylor is expected to start welcoming new residents later this Fall. Angela is a veteran Breeden team member who has been with our organization for 13 years. With other 23 years of multifamily experience, Angela is excited to start to begin the journey of a lease-up. Lisa Chodorov, currently property manager at The Villages of Stoney Run in Newport News, has been promoted to the property manager at Avant at Huntington Pointe Apartments. Lisa is also a veteran Breeden team member, working with Breeden for 14 years. She has been the manager at Stoney Run for numerous years but is ready and excited for the challenge that a lease-up brings. She is excited to meet new residents and assist them with a new home.
