The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced two promotions among its multifamily corporate ranks: Jessica Crawford to Sales Training and Marketing Manager and Sheena Obermark to Operations Manager.
“One of our goals at The Breeden Company is to build bench strength so we can promote from within,” said Breeden Property Vice President, Barry Tomlin. “I am very pleased that each of these promotions continues to fulfill that objective.”
As Operations Manager, Sheena will have oversight on Breeden-owned renovation projects, ensuring budget and capital expenditures accuracy, report curation and implementation and evaluating ADA compliance requests and work. Sheena began her career with The Breeden Company serving as a multifamily and commercial admin.
Jessica, as the Training and Marketing Manager, is responsible for onboarding new team members in the multifamily division as well as continuing education efforts for all associates. “I am honored to be in this position. My goal is to train the ‘potential’ for people to grow. I am excited to build that educational foundation,” said Crawford.
As Breeden Property Management continues to grow its third-party management services, operational excellence and education for associates are two of the very important pillars of the division.
