The RAMMY Awards, presented by Virginia Apartment Management Association’s Richmond Apartment Council, recognized The Breeden Company across multiple categories during its annual awards event on Friday, January 21, 2022. With numerous wins, The RAMMY Awards recognitions include:

Corporate Employee of the Year – Fred Andrews, Regional Maintenance Director
Fred Andrews was nominated for Corporate Employee of the Year nine times prior to his win. His team, prior to the evening, reminded him that it took Susan Lucci 14 tries to win!
