The Breeden Company, one of the largest multifamily real estate developers in the nation, announced today that several of its Richmond, VA multifamily assets were named winners at the 2021 Virginia Apartment Management Association’s RAMMY Awards. The Village at Westlake, a 252-unit luxury apartment community in Richmond, VA, took top honors including “Best Community Team” and “Community of the Year.” Marshall Springs at Gayton West, a 420-unit luxury apartment community in Glen Allen, VA won “Maintenance Shop of the Year,” and team member Will Hazlewood won “Groundskeeper of the Year.” The respective honors came despite strong competition from many other area apartment communities.
