The Breeden Company is proud to announce that two of its outstanding maintenance professionals were recognized with top honors at the recent Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) RAMMY Awards, held in Richmond, Virginia. The annual RAMMY Awards celebrate excellence and achievement across the multifamily housing industry in Central Virginia.
Landon Copolo, Maintenance Technician at The Village at Westlake, was named Maintenance Technician of the Year (251 Units & Up). This award recognizes exceptional technical skill, dedication and commitment to maintaining high-quality apartment communities. Copolo’s expertise and professionalism exemplify The Breeden Company’s standard of excellence in property maintenance and resident service.
In addition, Nolan Volosevich of Reflections of West Creek received the Rookie Maintenance Professional of the Year award. This honor highlights emerging talent in the industry and recognizes Volosevich’s strong performance, work ethic and impact early in his multifamily career.
The VAMA RAMMY Awards are presented annually to recognize outstanding professionals and apartment communities that have made significant contributions to the multifamily housing industry. The awards ceremony brings together industry leaders from across the region to celebrate achievement, innovation, and service excellence.
