Breeden Construction is proud to announce the completion of a newly constructed senior multifamily project in Suffolk, VA, Villas at Reid Landing Apartments. The project was completed for the the developer, Gardner Capital; Breeden Construction served as the general contractor.
The $7.8 million project began in November 2019. While the global pandemic looked to create various obstacles, the project was ultimately completed prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Situated on more than 4 acres, the project included construction of 51 units. The project includes salon, library, dog park and pond with benches.
