Breeden Property Management, a division of The Breeden Company and a leader in multifamily property management, is pleased to announce the promotion of Candice Curtis-Grimstead to Director of Collections within its Property Management division.
Candice’s promotion reflects her longstanding commitment to the company, her deep operational knowledge, and her consistent contributions to the success of the organization.
She began her career with The Breeden Company in 2014 as a Leasing Consultant at Chapel Lake in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she quickly established herself as a dedicated and results-driven team member. Her early experience in property management provided a strong foundation for her continued growth within the organization.
In 2016, Candice transitioned to the Corporate Office, expanding her role and further developing her expertise in operations and support functions. Since 2021, she has been a key contributor within the collections sector of the Property Management division, playing an instrumental role in strengthening processes, supporting site teams, and driving consistency and accountability across the portfolio.
In her new role as Director of Collections, Candice will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s collections efforts. She will work closely with property teams and leadership to ensure alignment, enhance performance, and continue to strengthen the company’s operational effectiveness.
