Bonnie Moore is President of Property Management for The Breeden Company and brings over 30 years of experience in operations, development and training. In her role, she has direct oversight of the residential and commercial property management divisions’ strategic initiatives, ensuring the development and growth of The Breeden Company’s residential portfolio continues to grow, with a focus on third-party management, and ensuring the organization’s commercial portfolio remains strong. Bonnie has years of successful experience in generating performance strategies and managing client relations, education, quality assurance, compliance, business integrations, maintenance and ancillary revenue programs for the two divisions.
Bonnie is a Virginia Tech alumni. After her collegiate years, she worked in Washington, DC for a developer and management company where she served as the accounts payable and accounts receivable manager. Her operational expertise attracted K&K Toys in Chesapeake, VA where she became the manager. Her talents ensured success at one of the most sought-after retailers in that time.
Throughout her career, Bonnie has served on numerous boards, instructed nationally accredited classes for the multifamily industry and donated her time and attention to several organizations in the Hampton Roads area including the Virginia Beach Surf and Rescue Museum.
