Breeden Commercial Realty, one of Virginia’s largest CRE firms, announced Retail or Resell, a predominantly online-based retail store for high-end footwear, has signed a lease in Short Pump’s Towne Center West Shopping Center. The online retailer’s storefront grand opening is set for this Saturday, August 13, 2022.
Owner Matthew Taffer has amassed a large online following of over 120,000 people, especially in the social media space, where he historically has provided, not only resale opportunities for shoes, but sales predictions for high-end footwear prices for brands such as Nike, New Balance and Adidas. The Towne Center West storefront allows Taffer the opportunity to showcase his inventory to a consumer base that has remained loyal during the pandemic as well as new consumers interested in the second-hand resale sector.
“I'm excited to provide an in-store shopping experience for our locals while continuing to help people around the world make money from their passion for sneakers," said Taffer.
